Coaching is not Therapy
Just like a sports coach helps players become their best, so does a personal coach help you become your best. Coaches do not perform therapy. Instead, a coach helps you discover the best within you and helps you make improvements based on your strengths, while you make positive change happen fast!

You will be asked to complete assignments, perform relationship exercises, and "walk the talk." Just like a sports coach, your personal coach will make you work, teach you strategies and help you play well in the game of life.

Many people are willing to spend thousands of dollars and months (to years) in therapy for issues that could be resolved much more affordably and much more quickly with a skilled solution-focused coach.

Solution-Focused Coaching
This is coaching focused on you in private consultations. Solution-focused coaching & problem solving simply means you will focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses, you will focus on what is going well and try to make that happen more often, and you will focus on your progress rather than any setbacks.

Ultimately, you will begin see fixing problems from a solution-focused perspective, rather than a problem focused perspective. You will stop asking "why" something bad is happening and will start asking "how" did I make problems like this better in the recent past. You will notice that problem resolution, from a solution-focused perspective, occurs much more rapidly and in a much more satisfying fashion.

Workshops for Real Problems & Real Solutions
Workshops are highly interactive, hands-on events for groups or businesses to help many people make improvements at the same time. Workshops should tackle real issues that need fixing. Bring your business or relationship problems to get them fixed! Set realistic outcome goals and devise how to achieve acceptable success.

Speaking Your Language
Speaking events are minimally interactive, learning events for groups or businesses. Speaking services are tailored to your group or business needs. You input is key to the success of your speaking engagement, before and after the event. We do the up-front contacting and back-end analysis.

• Worked 1 year as a regional trainer for new co-worker orientations, HR issues, productivity, customer service and equipment competency.
• For the past 7 years, held director-level and VP-level marketing positions with hardware, software and integration companies.
• Worked for three growing start-ups and understands how to develop good business and marketing plans executed on a slim budget.
